COMMON QUESTIONS
Explore the daybet365 FAQ
These questions cover the topics we see most often — from how xWays mechanics work in a slot like San Quentin xWays, to how your Pai Gow Poker hand is judged, to how you reach the lobby from your mobile browser. If your question is not here, contact us at [email protected] or visit our /contact/ page.
Does WNBA betting work the same way as regular basketball betting?
Mostly yes, but WNBA markets are often narrower than NBA. Moneyline, point spread and totals are the most common options. Player prop markets may appear for some matches but are not guaranteed for every game on daybet365.
In San Quentin xWays, does the grid expansion carry over to the next spin?
No — that is a common misreading. The xWays expansion applies within a single cascade chain and resets when no further wins occur. Each new spin starts from the base grid; you do not carry expanded positions into the next round.
Do both of my Pai Gow Poker hands need to win for me to collect?
Yes. To win the full bet at Pai Gow Poker, your five-card high hand and your two-card low hand must each outrank the dealer's corresponding hand. If one wins and one loses, the result is a push — no payout either way.
Can I place bets on Treasure Island Live between rounds, or only during the betting window?
Only during the open betting window. When the dealer closes betting before each live round, no further wagers are accepted. The window reopens after the round resolves. Side bets, where available, follow the same window and close at the same time.
Where do I find daybet365's access conditions and terms?
Access conditions, eligibility and applicable terms are published on the daybet365 site. Check the Terms page for age and location requirements before creating an account. You can also reach us at [email protected] with any specific questions.
Do I need to install an app to use daybet365, or does the mobile browser work?
The daybet365 mobile browser path is fully functional — you do not need to install an app. Open daybet365 in your phone's browser, log in, and the lobby loads directly. Players in Shah Alam and Kota Kinabalu use it this way without any download.
Which payment methods can I use to fund my daybet365 account?
daybet365 uses local Malaysian payment vocabulary including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX. For confirmation of which methods are active for your account, check the cashier section after logging in or contact [email protected].
